Our machines are incorporated with the latest microprocessor controls assuring repeatability and accuracy. We process all engineering plastics like polycarbonate, nylon, glass filled nylon, ABS. HIPS apart from HDPE, PP and filled PP.
Varroc manufactures PU based painted plastic parts as well as acrylic based painted plastic parts. Varroc has paint line supplied by Taikisha of Japan. Varroc can supply painted parts with decal.

Working closely with suppliers for new and various RM.
Short Product Development Cycle depending on the product size, between 8 weeks to 12 weeks from date of design finalization.
